The partners at Boomtown previously sourced and evaluated numerous deals throughout the USA reviewing billions of dollars of transactions as a professional advisor and designated company representative for thirty different corporations including large and small IOCS.

We partnered with financial firms, international companies, small cap NYSE companies, wealthy individuals, and others to source deals and then fully managed and developed them inclusive of drilling, completions, production, geology, land, regulatory, marketing, and environmental operations.

We operated assets in numerous states including both unconventional horizontals and conventional verticals in multiple basins including the Eagle Ford/ Gulf Coast, Niobrara/Codell, SCOOP/STACK, Bakken, Permian, Uinta, Illinois, and others.

Collectively we have leased and bought over 450,000 net acres and drilled hundreds of wells throughout our careers.
